From Editor

We would like to start by commemorating the people with respect and mercy, that we lost in the great earthquake disaster that took place on 06.02.2023.

We present you the 9th Year and 1st Issue of the Journal of Commercial and Intellectual Property Law (TFM). Natural disasters, epidemics, other transformations and changes that have been experienced worldwide and in our country, significantly affect the methodology, type, quality and quantity of scientific production and writing. Virtual communication has become an indispensable part of daily life, especially with the decrease in social contact. New methods and ways impose themselves and the need for new solutions is rising. This transformation has a significant impact on the legal practices related to commercial life and intellectual property. Scientific writing on the field is charged with the task of keeping up with this transformation and change, essentially with the task of guiding and producing solutions. When the content of the last four years of scientific study of the TFM is examined, it is seen that there are many reflections of named transformation and mission expressed.

In this issue, seminal works of valuable researchers are presented for the benefit of legal doctrine and practice, and studies from various branches of interest of the TFM such as check law to insurance law, from savings financing to trademark law, from copyright law to corporate law. We would like to thank our authors for their contributions and our esteemed colleagues who voluntarily undertake the task of refereeing and we wish everyone a good reading.
