I am greatly honored and humbled to stand before such distinguished people, the Chief Justice, Judges and eminent Professors of the University who have made notable contributions in their respective countries and at international level through written and reasoned judgments.

First of all, I would like to extend my gratitude to Hon’ble Mr Justice Hasan Gercekar, President of the Supreme Court of Turkey and Istanbul Culture University for inviting Dr Jagdish Gandhi and me to attend the “International Colloquium on Children and Law in Germany, India and Turkey”. We are greatful to all of you of the wonderful opportunity. I am representing the City Montessori School, CMS, Lucknow, India which is world’s largest school as per the Gunniess Book of World Records, having more than 37000 students in a single city. CMS is also the only school of world which has received the 2002 UNESCO Prize for Peace Education.
